1. Service Overview and Definitions
Our Assets ("the Service") is a platform for structured investment education and asset-tracking content across stocks, crypto, and gold. "Member" means any individual who has completed account registration under these Terms.
2. Account Registration and Account Management
You may register using email and password, or via Google or LINE OAuth sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
If you withdraw from the Service, your account enters a 30-day grace period during which withdrawal can be cancelled by signing back in. After the grace period ends, your account and associated data are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
3. Member Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
Members must not impersonate another person, interfere with the Service's operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
4. Provider's Rights and Obligations
The Service provider will make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available and secure, and will provide notice of material changes where practicable. The provider may suspend or restrict an account that violates these Terms.
5. Paid Services
Not applicable — the Service does not currently offer paid features.
6. Disclaimer of Liability
Content on the Service is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. The provider is not liable for decisions made based on Service content, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service provider is established. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith consultation before resort to formal proceedings. (Jurisdiction and venue to be confirmed by legal counsel.)
8. Amendment Procedure
These Terms may be amended to reflect changes in the Service or applicable law. Material changes will be announced on the Service in advance of taking effect.
